Eight Holyoke

Eight Holyoke was good when Ana Sortun was cooking there with its mid-Eastern influenced food and excellent grilling. It was a great place for a tapas like meal with white anchovies, grilled mushrooms, mid-Eastern breads and dips and topped off with their cookie plate. Its rise meant the fall of Aigo in Concord where Ms. Sortun had been cooking and her departure to Casablanca has meant its serious decline.
