We'll be very honest. We haven't actually tried any of their food, but we do like the people. They are regulars working at Nash Huber's farm stand, and they know their vegetables.

We heard that they had started a catering business, so we asked them for a card. They promised to give us one as soon as they were printed. Then, the cards were printed, but they forgot to bring one to the market. Given all the great vegetables they had to haul, this is not surprising.

So, every Saturday morning, we'd show up at the Port Angeles Farmer's Market and ask if they had brought one of their cards. And, for quite some time, they hadn't. So, when we showed up at this first Wednesday's Farmer's Market of the season, we did not really expect to get a card, but we did, and here it is.

As we noted above, we haven't tried any of their cooking, but we have talked food, and we have swapped a few recipes. If you are planning some function, business or personal, and you want something that shows off the good food of the North Olympic Peninsula, you should definitely give them a call.
