The Great Wall is located in a Bedford shopping mall parking lot next door to a 50,000 square foot Home Goods store that doesn't sell anything.. It has great Chinese food, something which cannot be found reliably in Boston's Chinatown. It is even better than the Yangtse or Peking Garden in Lexington Center. We really like the crispy whole fish and the soft shell crabs (in season), the General Tso's chicken, and crispy shrimp served on a bed of lettuce or sauteed with black bean sauce, but everything we have tried is good. They also make Peking duck with no advance notice and let you keep the carcass to make soup with.
Is this the best Chinese food in the suburbs? We can't say for sure, but it is better than all the others we have tried and more imaginative.
